The company is rapidly growing. With business growth at an impressive rate, they have grown from around 55 staff members to around 850, which has brought with it some challenges. At the beginning of their business journey, they were using a standard, in-house organisational chart created using Microsoft PowerPoint.

Another great benefit for them has been the improvement in their onboarding process.
